Couchsurfing is an application that connects travelers and locals. Since 2017, there has been a steady decrease in members. For this project, I worked on multiple phases and iterations with the product and dev teams to organically drive new member acquisition through generation of viral growth funnels, leveraging referrals and advocacy.
